Symmetry

Artist reflection

The strongest technical aspect of my work is all the effects on each group creating interesting effects that I wouldn't get otherwise. The technical aspect of my work that could be improved on is changing the opacity of different shapes as groups as a whole, I did use opacity changes but I'd like to experiment with them in a different way by starting off in the mindset thats what i'm going to change first rather then be one of the last things.

The easy part of this art activity was creating and creating the layers and creating group for the multiple layers and I also created groups inside of groups. The difficult part of this art activity was working with different effects to create interesting effects on groups as a whole so it affected each layer within that group.

I demonstrated the objective of this art activity by creating a 10x10 300dpi square and using the elliptical marque tool and rectangular marquee tool along with with the paint bucket to add color to each shape keeping everything symmetrical while also creating groups for multiple layers. I also achieved the objective by caging the opacity of multiple layers by changing the opacity on the group which then affected every layer wishing that group. If I was able to do this art activity again I would try starting at the middle of the square and work my way outward and see what the outcome would be.

Poloroid

Artist Reflection

The strongest technical aspect of my work is the polaroids working together to sound the ballet danvers but also appear as if they were scattered on a table. The technical aspect of my work that could improved on is the polaroids seeming as if they were more scattered on a table and also working on a background.

The easy part of this art activity bas finding an image since I recently took this photo that I used so I already knew pretty much which one I wanted to use but another easy part of this art activity was creating a background. The difficult part was the stacking of the polaroids and erasing parts of each as I went along to make sure they appear that they are on top of or below other polaroids. Another challenging part was the background since a couple times when I went to add an image to the background half my project would disappear and required me to practically restart and only keep the polaroids.

I demonstrated the objective of this art activity by creating a photo that makes it look like a bunch ion polaroids were thrown onto a table and all worked together to create an image. I also made it appear as if there was something sticking out of the polaroids and also changed the background creating symbols which represent the original image. If I would do this art activity again I would choose a different image and maybe choose a 3-d table for the background in a  room so they would be in perspective with the table as if they were actually resting on it and actually appear as if they were thrown on the table.

Tattoo

Artist Reflection

The strongest technical aspect of my my work is is the warping of the tattoo to make sure it follows the contours of her arm. The technical aspect of my work that could be improved on is making sure the tattoos look realistic and believable while working with the opacity and warp tool.

The easy part of this activity was finding an idea ton work around because once I found the picture of the hikers I knew immediately that I wanted her tattoos to be about adventure and travel. The difficult part of this activity was following the directions I guess since I did the project completely but I did it my own way with a few shortcuts not following all the directions because they didn't quite make sense to me.

I demonstrated the objective of this art activity by applying a b&w tattoo on a peens that warps around the contours of their body by using the distort tool. If I could do this art activity again I would choose a picture that focuses on one body part rathe than just having it be a small piece of an image.

Imaginary World

Artist Reflection

The strongest technical aspect of my work of my work is the bridge, I used the magic wand tool extensively to select in-between the bridge support to replace the sky. The technical aspect of my work that could be improved on is figuring out how I could replace the sky but still keep the cable lines in the bridge which I ended up removing most of them because I couldn't paint or select around them.

The easy part about this project was finding images that worked together to create a scene with a foreground, middle ground and back ground. The difficult part of this activity was replacing certain parts of the image with the sky for example because it was nearly impossible to select some things.

I demonstrated the objective of this project by creating a imaginary world creating a foreground, middle ground and background. If I could do this activity again I might use a different bridge because in my opinion the bridge seems to unrealistic and I don't mind creating a unrealistic world even though its not my thing but I still like to keep it as realistic as possible yet still have that aspect of it not being real.
